b) Advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount must be paid before delivery.
c) Payment can be made through bank transfer, online payment methods, or cash as agreed upon.
d) Any delay in payment may result in service cancellation or additional charges.
Packers and Movers Pricing and Quotations
a) Prices are based on factors such as distance, volume of goods, and additional services requested.
b) Quotations are subject to change if there are modifications in service requirements.
c) Additional charges may apply for unexpected circumstances like delays due to customer unavailability or changes in the schedule.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
a) Customers may cancel bookings, but cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing.
b) Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy within a reasonable timeframe.
c) In case of non-availability of service due to unforeseen reasons, APL India Packers and Movers reserves the right to reschedule or refund the amount paid.
Responsibility for Goods

b) Customers are advised to insure their valuable goods before transit.
c) Claims for damage must be reported immediately upon delivery with valid proof.
Liability Limitations
a) APL India Packers and Movers will not be responsible for any loss arising due to delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or unforeseen incidents.
b) We are not liable for fragile or perishable items unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Customer Responsibilities
a) Customers must be available at the pickup and delivery locations at the agreed time.
b) Customers should properly declare all items to be transported.
c) Hazardous or illegal items are strictly prohibited and will not be transported.
Dispute Resolution
a) In case of disputes, efforts will be made to resolve the matter amicably.
b) If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where APL India Packers and Movers operates.
